Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required – every order qualifies for complimentary shipping. This offer applies automatically at checkout; no promo code is needed. For orders destined to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Daily Order Cut-Off
To ensure your order is processed the same business day, please place your order before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders received after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day. We encourage you to check the clock and order early to minimize delays.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days for standard shipments within the contiguous United States. Transit time begins after the order has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier. Delivery estimates are based on business days only and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high volume periods. AETHERSHOP is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely and on time. The specific carrier used will depend on your location, package size, and other logistical factors. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track the package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking email for the carrier to update the status.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. AETHERSHOP is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, AETHERSHOP ships only within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AETHERSHOP is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation from the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office, and contact the carrier directly.
