To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage not related to our manufacturing. Products marked as final sale are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free Returns & Exchanges
AETHERSHOP does not charge any restocking fees. We cover the cost of return shipping for standard domestic returns and exchanges when you use our prepaid return label. For international returns, a small shipping fee may apply, which we will clearly communicate before you proceed. Exchanges are processed at no additional cost to you, and we prioritize shipping your replacement item as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

We will issue a prepaid return label within one business day. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop the package at the nearest carrier location. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We process all refunds within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund is initiated. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you paid by gift card, the balance will be restored to the same gift card number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately. No restocking fee will be applied, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. Photographs of the damage or error may be requested to help us improve our quality control.
